South of Afrika Chronicles: Elephant

Once I came back from South Africa my mind went into a denial mode. I could not believe that I was there, I could not understand that I was back in UK, I could not make myself look at any pictures that I took. I guess I did not want to be have a post holiday depression knowing that it will be a long time until I might experience something like life in South of Afrika or even that it will never happen again.

Today I finally braved up to get all the photos from my camera onto the laptop and start organizing them. I realise now that I did not take that many pictures as I thought I did and most of them are from the time spent in a national park. So I thought I will put up some posts highlighting my biggest impressions and the first one is - Elephant.

I will not try to describe too much how amazing theses creatures are and what I felt when I saw them. All I can say it that they are magical, like wise men walking this earth carrying the knowledge of life and peace.

I believe that elephants bring luck but I also think that I was lucky to see them and to see them more than once whilst I was there.

When I think about the trip, the country, the experience I always think about these beautiful 'wise men'.

Yours,
